The 'Rooted Growth' design shows that self-care and rest are essential to maintaining a sense of balance through the natural cycles of our mental health. Self-care starts with tolerance towards changing energy levels, negative self-reflections and feelings of low that characterize the human experience. When we ground our roots the earth will offer stability and a new source of energy in the face of hardship.
This design is a reminder that taking care of yourself and resting will help you nurture your roots so that you can grow and thrive again.
